About

My photo
I mean... what is there to say, really? Joy is my name, Laughter is my language. I'm a Georgia peach -- born and raised.. -- I have a story, but we all do. There's not enough time, or space to describe what I'm passionate about..But I am passionate. There's so many things I want to do in life. There's so many places I want to go, people I want to reach. The possibilities are endless. I am a musician. I'm a dancer. I am a photographer, poet, reader, writer, jock, nerd, city girl, beach girl, sweet southern girl.I'm sophisticated. I'm down to earth. I am a sister, a daughter, a worshipper. I am learning, falling, growing. I am laughter, I am tears. I am joy. I am fear. I am strong, I am delicate. I wish. I pray. I enlighten, inspire, encourage, intrigue. I disappoint, I frustrate. I'm a thinker, I'm a doer. I'm sarcastic, I'm sincere. I doubt, I cry, I live and I have died. I am passion. I'm a lover, I'm in love, I am love. I am all of the above. But it's not really about me.... is it?

Hot & Spicy!

So, I discovered this recipe on Pinterest about a month ago, and tried it almost immediately! It turned out tasting awesome, and hubby said, "you can make that, literally, any time you want." He definitely approved. :)
So, a few nights ago, I made it again, and took pictures to share with you guys, if you decide to make it too!

It's fairly simple!

:)

Ingredients:
1 Can pillsbury pizza dough
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper, seasonings of choice
1/2 cup of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
1/3 cup of Ranch (or blue cheese) dressing
8 oz mozzarella cheese
3 oz cheddar cheese

Directions:

Heat your oven to 450 degrees.

1.Heat the olive oil in a pan

2. Cut up your thawed out chicken breasts into bite sized pieces, and season to taste! I used salt, pepper, garlic and basil.

3. Cook your chicken thoroughly!

4. Add 1/4 cup of Frank's Buffalo Sauce to the chicken in the pan, and stir to coat chicken.

5. Spray a cookie sheet or baking sheet (i put foil, and then you should definitely spray that!) Roll out your pizza dough.

6. Add the other 1/4 cup of Franks Buffalo Sauce, then the 1/3 cup of Ranch or blue cheese dressing, mix together.

 7. Add the chicken.

8. Add your cheese.

9. Roll it like a pinwheel. (this is harder than it looks, because the dough wants to fall apart. But do your best! LOL i had to roll one side in, then roll the other side in on this one.) Be sure to pinch the sides so it doesnt leak during baking!

10. Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes.

11. Take out, let cool, eat, ENJOY!

Hope you are able to make this, and I know you will enjoy it! :)

Love yas!
